Aria is one agent across surfaces. Web Chat is default. Telegram and Slack use a claim link, then a /use command in the channel.

Pair Telegram

Start in Telegram

Message the Aria bot. It returns a claim link with a Telegram claim token.

Open the claim page

Sign in to Engram if prompted. Confirm Telegram connected.

Choose the brand in Telegram

Return to Telegram and run /use {brand-slug} for the workspace you want.
If the claim link is stale, send /start or any message in Telegram to get a fresh link.

Pair Slack

Connect Slack

In Connectors, connect Slack and finish OAuth for the workspace.

Add Aria

Use Add Aria to Slack and complete the claim link flow (Slack connected).

Select the brand

In Slack, run /use {brand-slug}.

Real use cases

Pair Telegram. Ask Aria for a quick take on a competitor post while offline from the laptop, then continue the same brand thread later in web Chat.
Pair Slack for the marketing channel. Ask Aria to draft a Monday brief, then post the approved version back into the channel.

Tips

  • Brand Brain still governs voice. Pairing only changes where you talk to Aria.
  • Web onboarding may offer a Web call or Phone call with Aria during setup. That is separate from Telegram/Slack pairing.
  • Admin pairing copy may appear in internal portals; customers should use Connectors + claim links above.
