Invite the editor
In Manage team, invite them as Editor (or Member if they only need limited access). See Team.

Produce the draft in Chat
Run a skill or ask Aria to draft. Edit once in Writing canvas so the intent is clear.
Chat files and Writing canvas hold the working draft during a run.

Share the chat
Use Share / Add teammate on the conversation so the editor sees the same thread and files.

Promote the final
After edits, promote the artifact so it appears under Files for the brand library.
Files stores promoted artifacts for later reuse.
Expected output
- Shared chat with full Aria context
- Final artifact in Files
- Optional Notion export for the team wiki
