# Find LinkedIn leads

> Use hiring signals to find ICP accounts, score fit, and draft peer-tone hooks in Chat.

<Card title="Goal" icon="bullseye">
  Surface companies whose hiring patterns signal your ICP pain, score fit, and leave with peer-tone outreach hooks — not a generic lead dump.
</Card>

## Best for

Founders and GTM leads who prospect from public LinkedIn hiring and role signals.

## Connectors that power this

| Connector             | Role                             | Needed?     |
| --------------------- | -------------------------------- | ----------- |
| Brand Brain | Voice and ICP context | Required |
| Apollo                | Enrichment / prospecting handoff | Recommended |
| HubSpot or Salesforce | Dedupe and CRM write-back        | Recommended |
| Notion                | Store shortlists                 | Optional    |

Run this in **Chat**. If Skill Hub shows a matching Live lead skill later, launch it the same way and keep the prompt below.

## Setup

1. Write one sentence of ICP pain in Brand Brain description or tell Aria in Chat.
2. Connect Apollo and your CRM if you want enrichment and dedupe.
3. Decide the hiring signal (for example multiple marketing roles in two weeks).

## Run it

    <Prompt description="LinkedIn hiring-signal leads" actions={["copy"]}>
      Surface Series B companies hiring multiple marketing roles on LinkedIn in the last 14 days. For each account: why the hiring pattern signals context-transfer pain, firmographic fit score (1–5), and a peer-tone outreach hook that references the exact roles. Skip anyone already obvious as a customer. Return a table then the top 5 hooks.
    </Prompt>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Handoff">
    Ask Aria to format the shortlist for Apollo or HubSpot fields you use, or promote the table to Files / Notion.

  Rewrite the top 5 hooks in my Brand Brain voice as short peer notes — no buzzwords, one concrete observation each.
